The Arbitration Practices of the ICAC

Under the Rules of the ICAC hearings are confidential, and for this reason its awards are not published fully.

However, some surveys together with comments from which the evidence has been removed directly or indirectly pointing to the parties in arbitration procedure may be found on our website in Russian, as well as are published in the magazines Mezhdunarodny Commerchesky Arbitrazh (International Commercial Arbitration), Treteisky Sud (Arbitration court), Khoziastvo i Pravo (Business and Law), Zakonodatel’stvo (Legislation), the newspaper EJ-Jurist (Economy and life – Lawyer) and in electronic form they are included into law information systems “Garant” (practice reviews), “Consultant Plus” (awards summary) as well.

Issues exploring the current practices of the International Commercial Arbitration Court are systematized regularly in the Review of the ICAC Practices prepared for publication by M.G. Rosenberg, Merited Lawyer of the Russian Federation, a professor at the Russian Foreign Trade Academy, member of the ICAC’s Presidium, and an ICAC arbitrator.

During the recent years the ‘Statute’ editorial house prepared the following publications:
